Product Introduction
The CT-C series hot air circulation oven is equipped with a low-noise and high-temperature resistant axial flow fan and an automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system is fully enclosed, which increases the thermal efficiency of the oven from the traditional drying room 3-7% to the current 35-45%, and the highest thermal efficiency can reach 50%. The successful design of CT-C type hot air circulation oven has brought China's hot air circulation oven to an advanced level both domestically and internationally. It has saved a lot of energy for our country and improved the economic efficiency of enterprises. In 1990, the National Medical Administration issued an industry standard with the unified model RXH.
Heating sources include steam, electricity, far-infrared, and electric steam for users to choose from;
◎ Operating temperature: Steam heating 50-140oC, Up to 150oC;
◎ Electricity usage, far-infrared temperature range of 50-350oC;
Equipped with automatic control system and computer control system for users to choose from;
◎ Common steam pressure 0.02-0.8Mpa (0.2-8kg/m)2);
◎ Equipped with electric heating, calculated according to Type I, 15KW, practical 5-8kw/h;
Special requirements shall be specified at the time of ordering;
◎ Non standard oven price negotiable;
◎ Operating temperature greater than 140oC or less than 60oC, Please specify when placing an order;
Our factory has uniform sizes for drying cars and plates, which can be interchanged;
◎ Drying tray size: 460 × 640 × 45 (mm).
Performance characteristics
Most of the hot air circulates inside the box, with high thermal efficiency and energy savings. By utilizing forced ventilation, the box is equipped with adjustable air distribution plates, ensuring even drying of materials. The heat source can be steam, hot water, electricity, or far-infrared, with a wide range of options. The whole machine has low noise and balanced operation. Temperature self-control, easy installation and maintenance. Widely applicable and capable of drying various materials, it is a universal drying equipment.
